Stressing out makes you FAT!

Yes, yours truly can be found downtown Madrid City Center start of rush hour. Aaarg!!!
And it´s HOT!

I don´t blame my sister. The espadrilles they make here are the perfect summer shoe. Number one they are COOL. And OK so maybe nobody uses that word any more but they are the epitome of cool. They never, EVER go out of style. They are comfortable, colorful and well priced!
What do I ALWAYS say?
"ACCESORIZE"
Espadrilles or Alpargatas as they are familiarly called are The MUST-have summer shoe. They date back to the 13th century! Dali wore them and JFK too!
True MACHO men Ha!

And YES, they are still wearing them!
Do these ladies look stressed?

I LOVE high heels. They make me feel tall, slim and sexy. But what am I doing here? I am pulling the attention to my legs and my feet.
The espadrilles will do that. And they are flat and OH SO comfortable.
How can you be calm if you are uncomfortable?
How can you sit at the office all day with clothes that are too tight and you are stressing thinking about if anyone can tell?
They say all that stress just hangs around our bellies. NOT fair man!
Are you getting a good nights sleep? That too makes you feel good and keeps that roll at bay.
Remember "Thank you I feel good?"

My sisters have espadrilles in every color and thanks to my never ending list of houseguests, I keep them shoed every summer. Either someone will tote them in their suitcase back to California or I load my favorite suitcase better known as The Beast if, "Lucky me," I am heading home for summer vacation!
