Holy Crap Batman it’s January!

No, no, no not New Year’s Resolutions time.

Last year it was,
“This year I am going to drink water.”
My body hasn´t seen water since Thanksgiving...I might get a bad reaction…like the Wicked Witch of the East... except if I screamed "I´m melting" that would be a GOOD thing. Melting FAT!


This year I have a Motto:

“EAT THAT STAY FAT!”

Seriously I can NOT read another diet, calculate more portions, adhere to yet another new way to eat. 
I am seriously confused. 
I recall when my sisters were on the South Beach Diet. On this diet you didn't mix carbs with proteins and you know it MADE SENSE MAN. NOW I am trying to get a leg up (or should I say a THIGH OVER) on the Fast Metabolism Diet but it´s telling me to eat protein with carbs on some days WHAT IS UP WITH THAT? Ayyyyyyyy.
 THIS year instead of a resolution cuz like uh THAT hasn´t been working, I have created a New Year’s Motto !

“EAT THAT STAY FAT!”

YES, every time I go to put something in my pie hole, I will question: If I eat this will it make me stay fat or point me in the right direction? It´s that easy.

We KNOW how to lose weight and we KNOW how to Blow our diets.
It´s not like we don´t know what to do. The fact is they keep coming up with different ways to do it and it´s driving me nuts.
So DO what you know and when in doubt, ask yourself, If I EAT THAT will I STAY FAT!”
One thing that I always advise because it works time and time again for me is 3 Days Back on Track. Personally
I´ve been eating or overeating rather since Thanksgiving and desperately need to do something NOW.

Back to Step 1 here I go: GET ON TRACK
REMEMBER If you were driving down the freeway and you missed your turnoff, would you continue in the same direction because “You messed up anyway?” NO. You would pull off at the very first off ramp!  
           Take 3 Days  Back on Track
You can be good for 3 days. REALLY. YES can do. AND the trick is, once you do the 3 days you will be Back on Track. Back in the swing of eating right and exercising and putting H2O in your system vs beer. 
SO, Take your Choice:

  •  3 Day Cleansing
  •  3 Day Fruits or Vegetable smoothies
  •  3 Day…remember the Egg & Tomato? The Banana & Milk?
  •  The Cabbage Soup   Has anyone EVER finished that POT of Soup!!


Whatever works for you? Whatever you can stick to for 3 days.

Be sure to: 

  • Check your agenda to secure 3 days without working lunches, dinners, parties, etc.
  • Plan what you will eat.
  • Shop to have on hand your food choices.

Remember ONLY 3 days
